Terms of use

In short

You sign in by invitation, your content stays yours, approvals are decisions on exact versions, AI drafts are only drafts, and your organization's service agreement with IBITS takes precedence over these terms.

01What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who signs in to GrowthOS, the workspace IBITS uses to deliver marketing and commerce services to its clients.

Your organization's service agreement with IBITS sets the scope, fees and commitments of the service. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement wins.

02Accounts and access

  • Access is by invitation to a specific workspace. A login alone does not give access to any workspace.
  • Use your own login. Do not share it, and tell your workspace owner or IBITS contact straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Your role (owner, approver, marketing manager or analyst) decides what you can do. Workspace owners manage who is invited and their roles.
  • We may suspend a login to protect a workspace, for example after suspicious activity, and will tell the workspace owner.

03Your content

Content, product information, claims, assets and data your organization puts into GrowthOS remain yours (or your licensors'). You allow IBITS to store and process them only to provide the service described in your agreement.

You are responsible for having the rights to the assets you upload, including consent from people who appear in them, and for the accuracy of the product claims you approve. GrowthOS records rights and consent details you provide but does not verify them.

04Approvals

An approval in GrowthOS is a decision by a named person on an exact version of content or an exact budget proposal. It is recorded with the approver, the time and a fingerprint of what was approved.

Approve only what you have reviewed and are authorized to approve for your organization. IBITS publishes and spends only on approved versions and amounts.

05AI drafts

AI-assisted drafts are suggestions, labelled as drafts, and may contain mistakes. They become content only after a person edits and submits them and an approver approves the exact version. See AI use.

06Third-party platforms

Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and other platforms are run by their own companies under their own terms. Until a platform approves API access for GrowthOS, publishing and reporting happen through exports and each platform's own tools. See channels.

Imported figures are only as complete and accurate as the platform reports they come from. GrowthOS shows the source, period and import time of every figure.

07Acceptable use

Use GrowthOS lawfully and in line with the acceptable use policy. Do not try to access other workspaces, bypass permissions or interfere with the service.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep GrowthOS available and secure, and we improve it over time. Any service levels are those in your agreement. We may change features; we will not remove your access to your organization's data without the notice your agreement requires.

09When the service ends

When your organization's agreement ends, IBITS removes staff access, stops any scheduled work and provides the exports you authorize. Data is then deleted or kept as your agreement and the law require.

10Responsibility

Each party's responsibilities and liability for the service are set out in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

11Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless your service agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in GrowthOS before they apply. For questions, contact your IBITS account contact, named in your service agreement.
