How it works
Seven steps. Each one recorded.
The same path for every post, from brief to weekly report. Every step leaves a record of who did what and when, which you can open later.
The path
From brief to report.
01Brief
Marketing manager or IBITSA brief starts from your approved product claims and brand rules, so drafts begin from what you have already signed off.
02Draft
IBITS team, AI-assisted where labelledHooks, scripts and captions are written by the team. Anything AI-assisted is labelled as a draft and kept apart from approved copy.
03Your approval
Owner or approverYou approve the exact version: copy, claims and assets are fingerprinted together. Change one word and the approval resets.
04Native publish
IBITS operatorApproved, scheduled posts are published by IBITS in each platform's own tool. Nothing is posted that does not match an approved version.
05Proof
IBITS operatorThe live post URL is recorded against the approved version, so you can see exactly what went out and when.
06Import
IBITS operatorPlatform and seller reports are imported from their exports: validated, deduplicated and kept with their source and period.
07Report
Shared with youA weekly snapshot shows results with their data coverage. Once issued, a report is frozen; corrections are a new report.
Who does what
Roles keep decisions separate.
Each person in a workspace has one role. What a role can do is enforced by the database, not only hidden in the interface.
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Approves content and budgets, manages the team and plan. |
| Approver | Approves or requests changes on content and budget proposals. |
| Marketing manager | Prepares briefs, drafts and campaigns; submits versions for approval. |
| Analyst | Reads reports and numbers. Read-only. |
| IBITS operator | Runs production, publishing, imports and reporting for assigned workspaces. |
Your decisions, on the record.
