AI use

AI drafts stay drafts.

AI in GrowthOS is a writing assistant for the team. It works from what you have approved, it is always labelled, and a person decides what happens next.

What AI does

It drafts, from what you approved.

Drafts hooks and captions

In the content studio, AI can draft hooks, scripts and captions from a brief, your approved product claims and your brand rules.

Always labelled

AI-assisted text carries an "AI draft, needs review" label until a person edits and submits it as a version.

Usage is recorded

Each AI request is logged with its estimated cost against your workspace. Use is capped by your plan's AI allowance; requests over it are refused and recorded.

What AI cannot do

Hard limits, enforced by the system.

Cannot publish

Publishing requires an approved version and is done by a person. There is no path from an AI draft to a live post.

Cannot spend

AI cannot create or change budgets. Budget changes are proposals that an owner or approver must approve.

Cannot contact anyone

AI does not send messages, emails or replies to customers or leads.

Where people come in

Every draft meets a person twice.

The team reviews

The IBITS team edits drafts against your brand rules and approved claims before anything is submitted for approval.

You approve

You approve the exact version, the same way as fully human-written content. The approval records that the version was AI-assisted.

AI is provided through a third-party model provider (Anthropic), only when it is configured for your workspace. Prompts contain the brief, your approved claims and brand rules (and, for the workspace assistant, summary facts such as counts and statuses); customer and lead personal data is not sent. See the privacy notice.

Your decisions, on the record.
